Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to all detailing services booked via arfdetailing.de with ARF Detailing, Robert Ciprian Turbatu.

2. Formation of contract

By booking through the online form you submit a binding offer to enter into a service contract. The contract is formed once we send you a booking confirmation by email.

3. Appointments & cancellation

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, by email or phone. For later cancellations or no-shows we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for the reserved time.

4. Services & prices

The services and prices listed on the website at the time of booking apply. For exceptional soiling that significantly exceeds the agreed scope, we reserve the right to agree a reasonable surcharge with you before starting work.

5. Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due on-site upon completion of the service, in cash or by card.

6. Liability

We accept no liability for items left in the vehicle at handover, nor for paint, interior or other damage that already existed before work began. We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal; see our withdrawal notice for details.

8. Final provisions

German law applies. Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
