Right of Withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded (receipt of the booking confirmation).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ARF Detailing, Robert Ciprian Turbatu, Hauptstraße 84, 24980 Schafflund, Germany, info@arfdetailing.de, 015224532952) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. by post, email or phone).

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal.

Special note

If you have expressly requested that the service begin before the withdrawal period ends, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided until you notify us of withdrawal. Your right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed if you agreed to this in advance.
